How to Check whether Checked In Files are going into Content Server

Hi All,

I am attaching the files in CV01N and Checking In after selecting the concerned content server, How can i verify and check that whether the file attached file is going to the content server or not.

Is there T Code to check the same or any monitoring tool for the same if the content server space is being utilised or not.

Hi,

If u just want to verify that the file is being stored on the content server, just put the server offline and try uploading the files using the same content repository.

If it gets uploaded then the files are getting stored somewhere else rather than on the content server .

Hi,

After the file is checked in system will prompt to select the vault.Select the vault and save it you will see a internal number range

beside the document.The saved document is saved with this name in the document.If you have access and proper rights then

through FTP you can check whether the document is stored in the correct folder or not.For this you need to know the user ID and

password of the FTP which is mentioned in the customization under global settings.
