SalesOrder - Schedule line

Hi,

I have a problem understanding the schedule line in VA03 transation.

We are about to use the schedule line data to tell our customers when the goods are to be shipped.

So, lets say I have

ITEM1 Onstock 100 pce

ITEM1 In Purchase order which is confirmed (LA)

Customer1 now order 5 pce of ITEM1.

How can I see (tables or func.mod or gui) if this item will be allocated from stock OR incomming PO.

Schedule line is Confirmed for both Stocked items and Po items...

Hi,

Go to transaction MMBE, enter the material number(ITEM1 in your case) and plant number .. You will see the total stock against that material in the plant(storage location vise). There you ca select the material in storage location and go to Environment option in the top menu.. There you can find the open POs against that material, reservation of that material against any SO or customer etc..

Hi,

In T.code VA03 (Display sales order), highlight the line item.

Then click on the button display availability (which is between check item availability and schedule lines for items button) at the bottom. This system will display the details in the next screen.

Under MRP element and data columns you can see at what date the PO quantity arrives and what is the current stock etc. Based on the receipts and stocks, the system confirms the sales order stock.

Hi,

Using the ATP Check on SalesOrder will probarbly help me out.

Do you know any FM or BADI that I can use ?
