sap web dispatcher not up

Hi Experts,

I have installed SAP Web dispatcher and once i exectute the command i am gettting following error

command executed:

nohup ./sapmnt/SID/sapwebdisp/sapwebdisp pf=/home/sidadm/sapwebdisp.pfl &

Error :

check whether you follwed all the [steps|http://sapbasis-admin.blogspot.com/2009/03/installing-sap-webdispatcher_26.html] for web dispatcher installation
