I need to know what the extraction tables and fields are of the modules:
- MM-SRV
- MM-PUR
- MM-IM
- MM-IV
Could someone help me with this?

Go into you R/3 system and use transaction code LBWE - LO data extraction - customization cockpit. You will see all the Logistics related extractors that are available in R/3 System. From here you can see the fields in each extractor, modify it and install and replicate them to you BW system.
