field level of condition table in the access sequence

Hi expert,

I have the following situation:

I tried to create a new access sequence and the relevant condition tables are already created. In this way, after I typed in the access number and condition table in the access sequence, the field level of condition table is automatically filled. However, when I try to save, the warning message shows up "the field assignment has not yet been made". So I checked again at field level of the first table and it turned out that for one of the condition "document structure" and "document field" are left blank and they are shown as unchangeable field at this screen.

How can I fix this?

I have been to the screen of v\04. This does not solve the problem. The table is in the status of "activated".

Hi Sadashivan,

I have done the same to another access sequence in the way you suggested.

It can be saved without problem, but it will cause serious problem when it is used.

I checked the warning msg and as a result of this error, the relevant condition record will not be found.

I have bad experience with that.

Hi,

When you are creating a new access sequence, save in each stages

access sequence - save

Accesses - enter step no. and tab - save ( ignore the warning message)

Fields - for step no. the relative fields will automatically be displayed - however you save

while coming back the same warning message may come - ignore and in the first screen access sequence - save.

Now check back for the new sequence created by you. this time no message will come.

hi,

you have to activate the fields for that particular table ,

goto v/02 and select that field and press the button generate(red and white combination button)

and save the condition table,

now goto access sequence and enter the table, and press enter

you will not get the message
