Cancelling customers from sales areas

Dear Gurus,

I have created 1 customer in 4 different sales areas and want to cancel this customer from those 4 sales areas.

How can I do that?

Hi

You can block the Customer in VD05, or you can flag the Customer for Deletion in VD06 for the required Sales areas.

Hi Chris

You could go to VD02 -> Enter the customer and a sales area. Then on the customer master screen -> go to Extras on the menu -> Deletion Flags -> Choose Check box for All Areas.

This is the Central Deletion Flag for Master Record. This will put the deletion flag for all the sales areas & indicates that all data in this master record is to be deleted.

Hi,

There are two options available for you.

1.Mark customer for deletion by using the T.Code:XD06 in the sales areas you need.

2.You can block the customer also in those sales areas also.

For this use the T.Code XD05 T.Code.You can block for order,delivery and billing for the sales area you need.

You can set the DELETION FLAG either in XD06 or VD06 Company code level or Sales organisaion level respectively.
