How to convert non-billable hours to billable in Project system WBS?

I have not set the billing element flag for a WBS element. This is a billable WBS and therefore this flag should be set in the beginning. Now all the project time logged with this WBS is marked as non-billable. Now i have marked this WBS as billable but how can i make all the previous time booked under this wbs as billable?

Is there any Standard sap program which is available to convert the previous non-billable hours to billable?

Please confirm following

1. Have you maintained proper DIP profile in Sales order Line Items. If so, you run DP91 and check it should consider the Billable WBS.
