Message fails with an error "Unable to find an inbound interface" in PI

Hello Experts,

We are trying to send customer data through IDOC from R/3 to a third party system through PI 7.1.

We have designed the scenario and developed all objects in Repository & Directory.

The IDoc comes to PI but then fails with message "Unable to find an inbound interface"

Please Help!

I hope that all the ID objects are referring the same Inbound Message Interface.

Also if there is any condition mentioned in Interface Determination, then ensure that the payload satisfies the condition.

If this conditrion is not satisfied then you get the above error.

If everything is fine then make sure that CPA Cache is up to date.

as santosh says , some issue with interface determination, check weather you wrongly define the service interface in IR (Inbound/Outbound) ...

Check if you created correct Interface determination with Sender R/3 system& IDoc..?
