EHP4 upgrade have no affect on EA-PS component (still 600)

We installed EhP4 in SAP ERP 6.0 system.

But EA-PS component release still remains 600. To use all new EhP4 business functions for EA-PS we need EA-PS 604.

EhP4 installation finished sucessfully.

SAP_APPL version was updated sucessfully to 604:

SAP_APPL 604 0003 SAPKH60403 Логистика и учет и отчетность

But EA-PS still remains 600:

EA-PS 600 0011 SAPKGPPD11 SAP Enterprise Extension Public Services

Dmitry,

When you created the XML file via the Maintenance Optimizer of Solution Manager, you should have included EA-PS in your component selection. If you did not, then EA-PS will not be upgraded to 604. You need to go through the process again.

So what you are saying is this:

When you want to upgrade EA-PS from 600 to 604 you need to do this via solution manager?

Is there no other way?
