EEI acknowledgement from AES

Hi All,

When we send EEI to AES through See burger and when it got approved by AES, ITN (Internal Transaction Number) will be created in AES and send back to GTS system through See burger. as acknowledgement to the EEI. Can anyone advise where this ITN will be stored in GTS.

please check note 1279873. The ITN should be displayed on tab transport or geographie tab.

Hi Christine,

I have the SAP note which you mentioned in your last reply. We have already implemented the note but still not able to find ITN in transportation tab. Please advise.

I am also looking for response code (Acknowledgement) from AES where EEIs are not approved by AES system.
