Hai Karsten,
I started copying the datafiles and cofiles into Application server and imported all the requests.
But,i want to know, where exactly this data is captured and to which client i have to import the data.(i had imported to 000 client using ddic).
How the user will see this data.
Please guide.

hai karsten,
Please let me know the person who exactly worked on knowledge warehouse.
I imported the data into KW server. And created the user and assigned all the KW roles to him.
When i logged in with that user,i am able to find the KW user menu. But the problem is,how exactly the enduser can view this data.
Thanking you,
With regards,

Hi Venkat
try this documentation: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/fc/cd96894eb811d1890c0000e8323d3a/frameset.htm
The end user needs read access to KW. You can either let them navigate through the entry structure in SAP GUI (inside KW) or provide the corresponding node as a link to the browser, so they can navgate from there.
Best regards,
Markus Meisl

Hi Venkat,
I believe you need to familiarize yourself with the KW tool documentation.
For the XML areas, for which you require Epic Editor, the documentation is here: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/9e/9322d649e3b7478ed566583b74eee8/frameset.htm
In general, content created in the XML areas needs to be published on your local hard drive. The procedure is also describe din the documentation.
To open a message with SAP, go to http://service.sap.com/message, and choose component KM-KW.
Kind regards,
Markus Meisl
Hi Venkat,
just simply import content DVDs into KW?
<b>Not</b> KW content into KM, right?
Try the KW documentation dealing with that. The link is to the KW in SAP NetWeaver 2004 docu. If you are on 2004s, please re-navigate in the Help Portal:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/6d/faacacb5274a12976d0a0f481562a8/frameset.htm
