In a landscape where both NetWeaver and .Net/SharePoint are supported, what are the advantages and disadvantages between building a process in Infopath or Interactive Forms. Any opinions on this?

Depends in my opinion.....if someone asks which one is better Oracle ERP or SAP ERP ? There is no definite answer.
You need to weigh the pros and cons of both technologies as per your requirements and then implement a suitable forms based solution.
