Central Receiver Role option - Find Goods Recipient

Hi,

I want to know how "Find Goods Recipeint" option for Recepient Role is going to work ?

Could any one pls let me know what are all details and configuarations required for this?

Thanks for the info. I see that this option is used to send the Notification Email to Goods Recipient. Do you have any idea how its going to work? DO we need to do anything for this?

For central Receiver Role he will be given access to 2 transactions

1. Confirm Good/Services Centrally

2. Find a Good Recipient

For 2 transaction the Central Receiver he can notify the Goods Recipient via Email. I am speaking about this option in particular. Can you tell me how this is working?

Yes you are correct. He has access to those 2 transactions.

How the Transaction bbp_pm01 is going to work? Because when i click on this transaction in UI, it routes me to find the Purchase Orders for which the Confirmation has to be made and on the right hand side of the each PO item listed there is icon to send notification email. If i am using this Notification will the email goes to the Good Recipient mail box as mentioned in the SU01 email address or it goes to SAP Inbox?

If it is to E mail mentioned in the SU01, do we need to configure the SMTP Server etc?
