Create Document button in PCUI

Hi All,

I am working in PCUI for CRM 5.0. There is a standard button, <b>Create document</b> in PCUI, clicking on which a MS WORD template has to be opened.

For this, i have created the word document template for the corresponding application and stored it. But on clicking on the button, i am not getting the created template in the list. A window gets opened with an empty table without any document templates to choose.

What might be the problem? Please help me in this regard.

Hi Vijay

Have you assigned content management folder templates for the marketing planner in customizing CRM>MARKETING>CONTENT MANAGEMENT>ASSIGNMENT OF CM TEMPLATES FOR MARKETING PLANNER..

Hi Natarajan,

I need this button to work in Accounts and <b>NOT</b> in Marketing Planner. I have created document template by navigating to

CRM ->BASIC FUNCTIONS -> CONTENT MANAGEMENT -> CREATE DOCUMENT TEMPLATE

and then choosed the profile i have already created and created my word template there.

Please help me for this case.
