Auto mail of sales order

dear team,

When ever sales order is saved successfully at the same time soft copy of same order should be sent (via mail) to sold to party and ship to party. How can i do it ???

Hi

Please give the requirement to your ABAPer such that whenever output is sent through e-mail smartform should convert to PDF and should attach to e-mail.

From configuration side, please select a valid partner profile to whom you want ot send the e-mail and VV11 maintian medium as '5' - external send.

I assume you know basic output determination procedure.

This can be achieved through Output Type in sales order.For that you need to set up output determination procedure and assign to your salses order Header/Item.below is help link for understanding Output determination procedure.
