Export Report S_ALR_87013558

Hi guys,

Could someone tell me please if it is possible to export the report S_ALR_87013558 in Excel?

f so, what is procedure/ work around?

Hi,

Please follow the steps below:

1) Tcode: CJE2 and select report : 12KST1A, go to Output Tab and put the check mark on available on selection screen

2) Save.

3) Execute the S_ALR_87013558 with the output type : classic drilldown report

4) Once report is executed hit ctrlshiftF11 or export

4) In the subsequent screen choose output type as table, all columns.

5) in output file mention the file name with extension .DAT e.g Test.dat

6) hit enter. A file with test.dat is created.

7) Right click the File and mention open with Excel

😎 File opens in MS Excel.

Export it in HTML and then Copy the data and Paste in Excel.

You need to make some adjustments but you will get the report in excel.

Hi Bert,

Excecute S_ALR_87013558, then in SAP Main Menu, System --> List --> Save --> Local File --> Spread Sheet. Enter the Directlor path where you want to save the file and file name.

Nope, this standard functionality is not available (greyed out)

Then Execute report, Press shiftCtrlF9 or F11, you must be getting new tab for mentioning the export directory.
