Hi,
I'm facing a strange problem.
Working on File to IDOC scenario. Suddenly my communication channel has stoppped listing in RWB.
It say 0 channel found. Initially it was not so and I was able to monitor my channel.
Any help on this ?

2 . If still you are not able to see CC , perform cache refresh @ SXI_CACHE

If Cache Refresh won't work, Then restart the java engine after saving all your datas and configuration.

Hi Vikas,
Cache can be the culprit. Do a CPA cache refresh / Full cache refresh. Even if it is not working, re-start the Java engine.

If it would have been such a small issue I wont have posted.
I have checked all the filters.. and the channel name is also correct.
Hi Vikas, i also recommend you to refresh the cache...
A time ago we had that problem...and Basis team told us that was cache issue....

It looks like Configuration Objects are not cached.
Do the Cache refresh.
I guess your problem is resolved. Kindly post the solution that helped you in resolving this, so that it can be referred to by other users in future.

In the communication channel monitoring you may set the wrong filter . Check whether you have enabled any filter or not . Give the proper details in the box and execute.

That specific channel does not get listed. All other channels are getting listed there
