Accessing the remote system tables

Hi,

How to access the remote system tables. I mean i want to maintain the data in mySAP ERP custom tables from 4.5b.

Briefly Here i will login to 4.5b system and from here i need to maintain the mySAP ERP custom tables.

Could anyone please tell me is there any way to access the remote system tables for maintenence.

Hi,

Unless you write a custom RFC on the mySAP ERP box and call that from 4.5B, I don't think maintenance can be done.

Hi,

If you want to bypass authorization/logon, you can only do it if you have an RFC destination set up with user/pwd assigned to it. Anyway, I don't think it's a good idea.

If you want to syncronize the table content, you can do it from SM30 Utilities->Comparison and you can enter an RFC destination there /you need this set up/, from there you can compare and synchronize table content.
