Hello there,
We have now experienced a very odd issue a couple of times. Every now and then the LDAP extractor fails with the following error messages:
-No authorization for automatic logon to LDAP server....
-No LDAP connection is active
Later same day the interface ran successfully, but for a short while we were able to reproduce the problem running RPLDAP_EXTRACT by hand.
When checking the connection from HCM to the VDS using transaction LDAP traffic lights were green and everything appeared to be ok. Any ideas?

Apparently it turned out that the LDAP connection for some reason had been inactive for a while. After recycling the connection everything worked again.
