I have almost 6 years of total experience.. with a blend of BPO and now in IT as a software Engineer in Application support using SQL server with almost 2.5 yrs in this. I have finished MY MBA(IT & HR ) as a distance learning and also did a course in SAP(ABAP-HR). thought of switching job but I am confured.. will my experience would be considered or I would be taken as a freaher in SAP. or should I look for a job in SQL skills. Kindly advise.

Dear Esha,

Surely your experience is counted only in SQL and on your current skills but NOT IN SAP. Right now you will be treated as a SAP Fresher so now it depends on ur interest you can continue working in SQL or hunt job in SAP openings as a fresher.
