Availability control

Hi All,

I am using overall and annual budgeting for a WBS.

I have setup the availability control functionality in my project.

I want to know when we activate the availability control and set up a tolerance limit, it will check availability of on overall budget or on annual budget for a particular WBS?

Is there any specific setting related to it.

First of all you have to select Actvity Control activation type 1 in the project profile. And at the same time you also have to define the availability control whether the budget will check against the value maintained for

1. Overall (or)

2. Overall & relaese (or)

3. Annual (or)

4. Annual & relaese

The budget availablity control also can be inactivated from CJ30 using SETTINGS > AVAILABILITY CONTROL > ACTVATE
