Warning when expense is over a limit

Hello,

I wants to know if it would be possible to have a warning for a category of expense when the expense is over a limit.

Example:

If in Company code CC01, limit for lunch is 22 USD, and the user put 30 USD, the system should make warning.

Hi,

Yes it is possible. Standard Error and warning messages are available. Go to table V_T706B2 for each expense type you can give error or warning message when the amount exceeds in field ATYPE.

When you enter excess value in PR05 system throws error. Same error will reflect in ESS as well.
