Potential incompatibilies when moved to PI 7.1

Hi all,

We are upgrading our 3.0 server to 7.1 and can somebody point me to any document that talks abt potential incompatibilites in two versions and what are the possible things that mibhht get affected, like what in mapping can go wrong, what in connectivity, which adapter... so on
