Hello Everyone,

I want to know details about Name Space, means

1. What is Name Space.

2.Steps to access it.

3. I want to place a custom tool in Name Space, which we developed for our company.

So, Guru's plz let me know the details about it.

Hi

SAP recommends that all ISV's who develop custom objects in ABAP to name their objects in thier own namespaces. These are nothing but a name that SAP will register for your organization.

Example: If your company is called ABC technologies, you can register a namespace like /ABCTech. Now all objects you develop need to be named - /ABCTech/Object1.

you can register for a namespace on the Service marketplace ([https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/namespaces] if you have a valid SAP Developer license.
