Error after SP02 Pack

After Sp02 pack, only one user not able to see details in content area after logging into EP portal..what would be the possible error

Hi,

Check the browser version, the user uses.

Try to clear the cache and history and offline content from Internet Options in Internet Explorer and ask the user to run the application again.
