SCOT---->Internet -

>SMTP ( Double CLick) In "Supported address type" area click on "Set" for Internet.

Check the "Address Area" It should have a '*" only.

Then comeback to SCOT-->from the Menu "Default Domain" ......Put nothing there if you are sending mails to different domain.

You need to have a default domain configured.

How do you send the document? Where do you enter the email addresse?

Discuss with you mail team, they have to configure/allow the SAP server in mail server, so that the mail server can accept the request from the SAP server,

also cross the whether address data mainteained in user master records.

May be SMTP node is missing the recipient address as a '*', and it is just resolving the recipients which are only in company domain

just check and confirm
