Dear All,

When trying to CIF TLB order to R/3 i am getting the CIF error as " SD document 0000012206 is not in the database or has been archived ". Tried to find out the reason but not able to.

Raised OSS for same where OSS replied to implement Note 1163976 where SAP suggested to Activate the document flow at item level in the copy control between sales documents. and also warned about system performance of sales documentation.

Can you please help in this further.

Thanking in Advance.,

Amol Chavan

Hi Amol Chavan,

From your scenario, it implies that the TLB order in APO generated through a sales order demand

arised from R/3.

During the time the TLB order get transferred to APO, there is no equivalent demand available in

R/3 (sales order).

The sales order based on your error it says it is either not in data base or archieved or deleted

due to some reasons.

I suggest please check the status of sales order document 0000012206 and check the status

of line items whether it is blocked or archived or deleted.

The sales order document needs to be active till the TLB order gets fulfilled. Make it active and

again retry ciffing TLB order.
