Internal note/Vendor text not transferred to R/3

Hi All,

While shopping in EBP(3.5) when I attach internal note/Vendor text it doesn't get transferred to R/3 system.

Does any one can help me out where it get stored in EBP system and how it gets transferred to backend system?

Dinesh,

Did you try note 782948. Be careful if you are applying the note using SNOTE. Since the note is big it does not transfer correctly.

I have checked note 782948 also.This is also for version 4 onwards.

Still looking for other pointers.

The internal note/vendor text is not transferring for service items. But for items it gets transferred.

Could you please elaborate how these text are transferred and through which tables so that i can debug them.

Hi Dinesh,

Are you sure you are checking the right place. For service click on the detailed display of the service subline item and look at the text there you will see the text. I was looking for the text in the usual item texts and then found out that for services you need to look at the service subline item. Just a thought that your problem might be similar to mine.

Thanks for pointer but this note is for SRM 4 or 5 version. THe issue is with 3.5 version for which i am looking.

Hi Dinesh,

These texts should be transferred to the item texts of the R/3 PO in the classic scenario.

It is standard behaviour.
