Create JSP files in application developed in NWDS

Hi to all, i am developing a component from NWDS for making my SAP EP TLN (Top Level Navigation) to be drop-down instead of two level as originally is, but i already have the css, class and everything done but the jsp file when i do right click to add a new jsp it is mandatory to select a file but all that area appears disabled, anyone of you guys know why this is happening???

Any help appreciated!!!!!

hi ADONISc,

the other terminology is hover menu,

we have to download the par file from portal and we have to build the corresponding the jsp file for toplevel down menu
