hi,

You won't find WAR files. but you will find ZIP files. the file name is <b>51030988.zip</b>.

Unzip this. you will find a few more zip files and instalaltion & Configuration documents.

Upload these ZIP files as <b>Application Components in Webconsole and MicroITS as Runtime</b>.

Assign it to your MI Client Device. Download to the JSP Client.

That's it. you are through.

Thanks A.K.

but from the documents that i got,MICROITS is not supported by MI 2.5 anymore.

So how should i proceed?

hi Rucha,

Yes. As u say, MicroITS is deprecated. but you are having a JSP client. and MicroITS works just fine on this. i've tried it out and it works.

Even your Installation docuements directs you to use MicroITS as runtime.

hello rucha,

the microITS is being discrouraged for use in new mobile

application developments but is still supported in the

MI Tomcat client for downside compatibility.

there's already a new MTT version 2 which is JSP/servlet

based. i would recommend you to try it...

hi rucha,

TE_BASICS.ZIP is a file meant for some common things between travel apps and time sheet apps. when u upload you should not check the SHOW LINK ON HOMEPAGE box.

btw, what do u mean by DIRECTLY UPLOAD?

Rucha, You are on the right track. Yes. you should upload the ZIP files only...

Mobile Component: <b>expense.zip</b>

Runtime: <b>MICRO ITS</b>.

Check box for SHOW LINK ON HOMEPAGE: <b>Checked</b>

Mobile Component: <b>cats_notebook.zip</b>

Runtime: <b>MICRO ITS</b>.

Check box for SHOW LINK ON HOMEPAGE: <b>Checked</b>

Mobile Component: <b>te_basics.ZIP</b>

Runtime: <b>MICRO ITS</b>.

Check box for SHOW LINK ON HOMEPAGE: <b>UNChecked</b>

Please note the case. it should be same as the file.

>how do i upload them:one by one...right?

You may upload them one by one in any order as long as these three files are there for Time Sheet and Travel apps, its fine. If u just want <b>Travel</b> apps, upload <b>expense.zip and te_basics.zip</b>. if u want only <b>Time sheet</b>, upload <b>Cats_notebook.zip and te_basics.zip.</b>

after uploading them, assign them to your JSP client id and download into the client after synchronization.

Regards

Ak.
