Schedule lines

Hi ,

I have requirement like , My client is expecting dummy schedule lines for credit memo request. because he executed ine internal report so the sales order value which is having schedule lines that value will shown inthe report so that he is expecting same thing for credit memos also. I have tried to cinfigured fake schedule lines for credit memos and i have maintain tha "Schedule lines allowed filed at item category level but still i did" t get the schedule lines (with out delivery) in the credit memo request.

Please suggest if could be possilble the schedule lines for credit memo request.

That just has "Bad Business Practice" written all over it.

Push back on it. A Credit Memo request was not designed for delivery.

Hi,

Try out this process.

Do the assignment process of your schedule line in the

IMG u2013 SD u2013 sales u2013 schedule line u2013 assign schedule line category.

Over there assign the schedule line category for your item category and MRP type combination.

Mostly we use CN schedule line category.

Or you can make the copy of the CN schedule line category by copying it.

Then in deactivate the item relevant for delivery option.

And save these two setting for the schedule line category.

Go to VOV7 and select your item category determined by the Credit Memo req.

In that activate the item relevant for delivery and save the setting.

Now try to create your schedule line category.

And tell us whether its happening or not.
