Perhaps you can do from transaction code SE11. Enter table/structure name ZVABMTV then click delete button.

The system will prompt transport request (if transportable object).

yes, from se11 click data type radiobutton and then give your structure, then press <b>delete</b> button. after that you need to <b>adjust and activate</b> your DB .

after deleting from se11 and activate, u need to go to se14 and adjust database.
