Does anyone know if a audit is held anywhere of records deleted from table HRP1000, I am looking specifically for a Module (SM)

A Module Object has been deleted from HRP1000 in the last few weeks and I am trying to identify who deleted it.

Logging of data changes for table HRP1000 is 'on' by default. You can use transaction SCU3 to review the change logs. Sorry I did not chime in earlier. I was out on vacation. Hopefully it is not too late for you.
