Hi SCM APO 22,

1) Run transaction CO09 in R/3 side. This will show you the clear

picture of stock status where the stocks got locked.

2) As suggested by DB49, run transaction /sapapo/ccr for

stocks, clear all the inconsistencies

3) Check any queues in system (both inbound and outbound) at

both R/3 and in APO

4) Check any hanging sysfails.

Please confirm your findings

Is your availability check 'ON' during creation of sale order?

In that case, the stock may have got allocated to some other sale order.

/SAPAPO/BOPI transaction (Or ATP tab on product view- RRP3) will tell you the sale order against which the stock has been allocated. Release the stock from that order. Then system will show the stock duting ATP check in your order.

Hi SCM APO 22,

You say that stock does not exist in ERP (r/3)

You say that stock DOES exist in APO

If this is the case, you have an inconsistancy between the systems. Run /SAPAPO/CCR in APO to reconcile the differences. Then, retry your ATP.

Hi,

You might be viewing the total available stock today.

Please check the available stock on the date of requirement.

It is possible that in between the period from today to the requirrement date the stock is committed to some other requirements.
