Requirement of attaching more than two files in one document number

Hi,

While attaching document in CV01N, maximum two files can be attached .Requirement of at least 10 files per documents need to be attached . What shall be done to achive the requirement.

tick the Kpro for the document type in dc10

then u can attached upto 99 files for one DIR

Seems like u r using vault for storing the originals which supports only 2 files per DIR.

u probably need to use Content server to attach more than 2 files.

You do not need a separate content server to store more than two originals. You can use the SAP database (particularly if its only a test environment). Ensure that the "use KPRO" tick is checked in the doc type configuration.

Thanks for the suggestions after click on Use KRPO in Document type, I got following message

" Error while checking in and storing: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\ET "

Please suggest to resolve it.

is ur repository defined?

r u uisng R/3 server or seperate server?

check with your basis person for the repository..........whether it is active..........

if u can give me the procedure wht u r doing and at wht stage its throwing error ........................can help u out
