Long-term Inspection Characteristics

Dear GURU's

I have short term and long term inspection characteristics in my inspection lot, in my results recording layout long term inspection characteristics are not visible. Is there anyway i can see those details.

I tried giving results, after that i have closed short term inspection characteristics also and tried to access then also its not working.

Really appreciate any advice

Hi,

It seems misbehaviour of the System or the logic that whatever settings has been made in QE51N selection that is applied to QA32 also next time when QA32 is opened. As during testing of your query, I have observed this phenomina.

To get LT MIC in RR screen via QA32 follow steps below:

1. First go to QE51N. Here in Initial screen, go to Inspection Lot number tab.

- Select 1 All characteristics in Char. Filter.

- Set With long-term inspection.

- Execute

2. Observe whether you are getting LT MIC in RR screen thru this step.

3. If you get LT MIC in RR screen thru QE51N, come out from QE51N and go via QA32.

4. Observer whether you are getting LT MIC in RR screen.

5. If not again follow above steps 2-3 times with different options in QE51N selection screen....e.g. remove Inspector etc.

This seems very junk solution, but that is what I found working as I also faced same behaviour as your query during testing.

Hi,

Try this.

In RR screen, go to Settings->User Settings->Default Value tab, here under Char. Filter select 1 All Characteristics and save.

Which T code you are using for RR.

if you are using t code loke QE51 /QE51n

then these t codes have facility to exclude the Long term inspection char

revert back

Check MIC whether you have given after accept or after reject
