The requirement 008 is assigned to this access in the access sequence

Hi Sap gurus,

while creating a sales order my system is not picking condition for vat automatically. here we r using tax procedure TAXINJ. ihave tried entering the condition manually but i am getting following error

The requirement 008 is assigned to this access in the access sequence. This requirement was not met in the preliminary condition step and so so the access could not be executed

i have also maintained it in condition record but still unable to resolve.

Hi

Select ur access seq- Access , there you have assigned 008 as the requirement. whereas 008 is export business requirement

so remove the requirement from your access sequence.

First remove the Req. as 008 against the Condition Type in the Pricing Procedure and then delete the Same requirement from the Access Sequence which is assigned to the Condition Table .Check the Access Sequence of the Condition Type in V/06.

Go to TXINJ Procedure

Find out the condition Type for output VAT Tax .

Once Condition type is noted , go to Access sequence for the same and REMOVE REQUIREMENT 008 ( Applicable for Export Business Only ) . Because this requirement is not met , the condition is not getting captured in Pricing

Goto tax procedure TAXINJ and remove 008 requirement from it.
