Colour Settings in SAP printer

Hi,

One of user wants to get the settings of printer from coloured to black & white.The user has contacted the hardware team, tam is saying that they have make settings fro their end& now SAp team has to make settings.

So could anyne suggest how change the settings from coloured to black & white from SAP ends.

please assist.

User is ok with another printer, actally there was printer hardware issue only.

Hi,

Login to your sap system and type SPAD, go to the printer details. go to the third tab of that and please check is the check for colour printer is marked or unmarked? if marked then unmarked it and save .

Hi,

The checkbox has already been unmarked yesterday itself,but the user was not happy.

Anywayz now user has told to close the call, may be he was getting some other error.

Even then if there is some other action that we can do for the same, then plese advice.

So thanks for your valuable suggestions.
