Hi Chinna,

TO enable Proxies in R/3 we have to have RFC connections from R/3 to PI and viceversa.

Please refer the follwing link for the Proxy connections that you will have to have the RFC connection LCRSAPRFC .

In order to get the interface details in SPROXY transaction, the application server needs to connect to integration repository.

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/50d69314-1be0-2b10-11ab-8045021f0c3a&overrid...

Thanks,

Ram.

the connection to sld is established by creating rfc destination (LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI )and calling a registered server program. The rfc destinations are also used to retrieve information abt where to find the Integration builder required for the proxy generation.this information is located in the exchange profile.

the server program is called with the http address as a parameter that is maintained with transaction SLDAPICUST

SLDAPICUST is used in the business system to define the sld access data.this data consist of the host ,port of the sld as well as user and password.

Hi

1. In Receiving R/3, configuration of sxmb_adm (for enabling r/3 to act as a local integration engine)

http://<SID>;

Create SM59 destination Type H example: <SID>

2. SLDAPICUST(Connection to SLD)

Provide the details like <hostname: port> PIAPPLUSER pwd

3. Create RFC destination (TCP/IP) LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI for the SLD connection.

Execute transaction SM59 in the business system. In the Program ID field under Registered Server Program, enter LCRSAPRFC_<SID>, Gateway host <hostname>, Gateway service sapgw00

This program ID must correspond to a program ID specified in the RFC engine settings of the SAP J2EE Engine on the Integration Server host.

Same way create SAPSLDAPI.

4. Perform SLDCHECK. It should be green.
