Specify Valid Processes for Start Applications

I have made changes in the IMG so that the initiator of an Adobe Interactive Form is the Employee using the following steps:

The Specify Valid Processes for Start Applications Customizing activity provides an overview of the roles (initiators) that valid start processes have been assigned to (HR Administrative Services ->;Configuration of Forms/Processes ->; Process Configuration ->; Set UpProcesses ->; Validity for Process Start ->; Specify Valid Processes for Start Applications).

Table: V_T5ASRPROCVALID

I have selected the Role of Employee - HRASRD

However, when running the transaction via the Portal I get the selection values for the Role of the HR Administrator - HRASRA

Hi ,

Check what is the application parameter that is passed in the portal content.

As to show an application on portal i)IMG settings should be made and also

ii)Portal settings.

Which application parameters do I need to check and where?

Hi,

There ia a field called 'Application Parameter' in portal content where the value like 'ESS01' 0r 'MSS01' is passed depending upon the tab under which the application has to appear.

So check with your portal consultant like what was the application parameter that was passed for your application.
