Hi Experts,
When I was trying to delete a single role in ERM, I get this error:
"(Role Name) is currently locked by (Requestor Name) and cannot be deleted"
I logged in as the original requstor of that role, tried to delete that role but still gives me that error message about it being locked and cannot be deleted.
I looked into the System Log and noted this log line item:
"ERROR User not authorized for permission : ViewBusinessProcess"
I tried assigning various powerful RE roles to that requestor in UME but still unable to delete that role. Was wondering if any experts can shed some light on this? Thanks!
Hi..
If you have an Authorization, you can deleted the lock.(AC 5.3)
>>ERM>>Configuration>>Administration>>Lock Managment
Select the role name and delete the lock...
And you can use the same role for modification.
