Wrong number range drawn for support message

System specs:

- System: Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 SP18

- ST-PI: 2008_1_700 (on both Solution Manager and satellites)

For creation of support messages usually number range 01 (internal) should be used but from time to time the external range 02 is being drawn instead. Customizing looks absolutely OK to me and I've actually tried every single way for creating support messages either within the Solution Manager itself or from the satellites systems in order to reproduce the problem - no result. I'd appreciate any kind of idea for solving or at least analyzing this issue.

Hi,

If you want only Internal Numbers and not external numbers, try removing the External Number range in the Transaction Type. It is not a mandatory field.
