Error COEP_ITEMS_FILL: Balance not zero

Hello Experts,

We are running into an error message when trying to settle the WBS elements.

We have a periodic jon which settles all WBS element ( A through Z) for a particular settlement period.

However the job cancels with the ABAP dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X and gives the error message:

Error COEP_ITEMS_FILL: Balance not zero

We tried to simulate the thing in our quality system and it worked fine.

Its only in Production that we are running into this issue.

Please let me know as to how to fix the problem.

Hi,

I guess, it is the best to open a CSN ticket on component CO-PC-OBJ to get the reason for this dump.

Thanks for your input.

We checked and found that the said note (882633) is already implemented in our system.

There must be something else which is causing the issue.

See if OSS note 882633 is applicable.

The volumes of data in QA and PRD could differ and hence you don't face issue in quality system.
