Hi All,
I am creating the support ticket in solution manager system through "Help". After entering priority, short & long description, i am getting following error:
Error in Local Message System, Message xxxxxxxx was Not Created.
Note: Component is getting defaulted.
Please guide me on this.

Try entering a valid component (actually shouldn't be necessary).
Have you checked for the correct version of the ST-PI plugin? Also check the entries in table BCOS_CUST.

Hi,
When I check the ST-PI plug in version it is already on the right required level for SAP Solution Tools Plug-In which is: ST-PI 2008_1_700.
I did check also for service packs but these do not yet exist.
I have checked the entris in table BCOS_CUST, the following settings for the application OSS_MSG are exist as below:
Column 1: Application: OSS_MSG
Column 2: + : W
Column 3: RFC Destination: NONE
Column 4: + : CUST620
Column 5: + : 1.0
Could you please guide me to solve this issue.
