Hi all

I have a query regarding depot sales.

when we send the goods from factory to depot we will send along with excise. when we sell the same material from depot to customer we should pass on the excise component to the customer. but depot pricing procedure will not have excise duties. how we will pass on the excise duties to the customers. as per law the excise duties should be paid by the customer. can anyone please guide me how to do that.

You can have excise condition in your depot pricing procedure. You can also maintain the duty value in J1ID - Assessable value from where in depot sale order, the same amount will flow. Here you should also ensure that whatever duty is levied by delivering plant, the same has to be levied on the end customer. It should not vary.
