Hi,
When I create Support Message from Portal, it results in an error message --> Enter Sold-to-Party. Sold-to-party will be picked up based on IBase Component.
IBase is not getting picked up when I create messages through EP although from other systems it is working fine.
IBase has been defined in IB52 as EP1 <installation number> 000 (Since Portal does not have clients we give 000).
Any idea what to do for the IBase to be picked up, in the support message from EP?

Hi,
Gave the Installation Number of Enterprise Portal under Content Administration --> Portal Content --> R/3 Installation Number.
Earlier we had given Solution Manager's Installation Number.

Thanks for your solution.
I gave Enterprise Portal Installation Number instaed of Solution manager Installatiion Number in Content Administration --> Portal Content --> R/3 Installation Number. But still the problem persists.
1. We have system at SMSY, Solution DSWP and generated IBase for our developement portal system(DEP).
2. I have given the sold-to party partner number also in IB52->DEP(System)->Goto(menu)->Partner->Sold-to Party.
3. Partner Determination Procedure SPRO for sold-to party is also from IBase.
I don't know what is missing. Can you see any other issue?
