Inbound delivery with shipment

I am creating shipment for inbound delivery and I want to treat shipment sost as delivery cost. So far I have done:

1. I made a freight condition with copy shipment cost checked in control data 2

2. Created PO---> assigned the freight condition in the condition tab & left it blank as per SAP Note 427944

3. Created Inbound delivery

4. while doing shipment I am getting zero value in netprice (going from goto>freight cost estimate)

My problem is shipment cost is not flowing in shipment document

Please suggest what I have to do.

I allready followed the process they have said in above thread.I created the shipment cost before PGR.

Problem is still shipment cost is not coming in shipment document.
