To change in PE02?

Hi Experts,

Kindly help in the below the issue.

User 'X' changed the rule 'AA' in the PE02 Transaction and marked 'Changes only by person responsible' with his Id as 'Person Responsible'.

But currently User 'X' doesnt exists in company,

(1) Is there is any way to change the rule by other user 'Y' ?

(2) Any way to unmark the 'Changes only by person responsible'(Only for that particular Rule 'AA')?

If you do a where-used-list on the field you might find a mass maintenance report to remove the flag - but these can be rather primitive sometimes (e.g. for variants...).

Plan B is always available: Recreate the UID / PWD and logon with it, but it is best to document the case for the eventuality that the auditors might ask...

But is there is any other method to overcome this problem.

In security perspective,by providing more authorization(or any other Tcode) to user to change the rule created by another users?

It just an idea,I am not sure how well it works.

I only know "dirty tricks", sorry.

Did you try the where-used-list for a cleaner one?

When I searched on Where-Used List It provides me the some list of programs & some Area menu Id.
