Dear All,

I understand that there is some standard Organization structure that comes along with Solution manager but do not know where can I access it or how can I utilize it.

Can someone help me out with this Issue.

Hi,

You can access the org structure in solution manager via transaction PPOMA_CRM.

Essentially you use to map your support and sales organization.

Question, is what do YOU want to do with it? You do not have to set it up to use solution manager.

It is a helpful feature if you use the Service Desk functionality.

Hope it helps.

Pascal,

Thank you for the response. I have seen you site. On the basis of your recomendation that I am trying to design Service desk support model. Steps stated under "Check your organizational model" (as suggested by you in your weblog). I want to evaluate the standard support model before I design My Own. I need your help in using the standard model(as you have suggested in your weblog).
