service desk ibase and sold-to party not shown on the message (SP20)

Dear Experts,

Please help to resolve the following issue.

For Solution manager service desk SP20, I have done the following, however, the created message still not able to populate the ibase number as well as the sold-to party. Please advice if there is any key steps that i missed.

1. create ibase (information pushed from managed system)

2. Create BP (two ways: 1. from tcode BP 2. through PPOMA) then assign BP to Ibase

3. Integration with organization mgmt / activate partner and organization integration

4. Maintained service desk customization ( ibase)

5. Define organizational model

6. Define business partner relationship

7. Add busienss partner relationship category

8. Define access sequence

9. Adapt partner determination schema

10. Create root organization model

11. Create support team organization

12. Define action profile

13. Maintain rule

14. Define partner determination procedure

15. Schedule job for status refresh

Hi

Have you did the intial data transfer for ibase from DSWP.

to do this go to DSWP --> <Open your solution for which ibase has to be created> --> Edit --> intial data transfer for ibase.
